Interviews impart us an opportunity to build a personal rapport while having a professional conversation. Depending on the type of industry, interviews are organized for a variety of purposes including Recruitment, Performance Assessments and Prepare Informational Articles. Having a right skillset for the respective job designation is a major concern. Considering this, Corporate Resource Cell of Rai University, Ahmedabadorganized a workshop on “Interviewing Skills” on 9thOctober, 2021 in collaboration with Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Ltd.Mr.Dhanpat Jain(National Manager, Leadership Development)was our keynote speaker. He is having a corporate experience of more than 20 years. He talked on various aspects of improving skills for interview process andquestions asked normally in the interviews. He emphasized on 12 different fundamental pillars to perform well in an interview.

Be very familiar with your resume
Be able to articulate your goals and strengths
(2) Have your sales pitch ready to go:
