Seminar on Cyber Awareness on 14th February 2025
On February 14, 2025, Rai University, Ahmedabad, organized an insightful and timely Seminar on Cyber Awareness, aimed at educating students about the growing importance of cyber security in today’s digital age.
The university had the honor of welcoming PSI GJ Mori as the guest speaker, under the direction of IPS Ghanshyam Gautam, also known as Kaptaan, an officer from the 2022 IPS batch, Gujarat Cadre. Their presence added immense value to the session, bridging the gap between academic learning and real-world cyber vigilance.
During the seminar, students gained a comprehensive understanding of cyber threats, online safety practices, and the legal aspects of cybercrime. Topics included password protection, digital identity theft, safe internet habits, and how to recognize and respond to suspicious online behavior.
