Dikshaarambh 2025 on 23 - 24th July 2025
Day-1
Rai University warmly welcomed its new batch of students with Dikshaarambh 2025, a joyful and well-organized central-level orientation programme held on 23rd and 24th July 2025. This event marked the formal induction of first-year students from all departments into the academic environment of the university. The programme began with a traditional welcome, followed by kit distribution, and a series of insightful presentations by faculty members. The inaugural session featured a university overview by Dr. Deepak Krishna Vyas, followed by detailed introductions to key departments including Examination, Library, Student Welfare, Anti-Ragging, Grievance Redressal, and the Internal Complaints Committee.
Students were also introduced to various student-driven clubs such as Reet, Prayatna, Warrior, and Evolve, which play a vital role in promoting holistic development and extracurricular engagement. The programme included a series of ice-breaking and fun-filled interactive activities like “What’s in a Name?”, “Emoji Faces” and “Human Bingo”, which helped students connect with peers and faculty in an informal setting. The first day concluded with document verification and ERP module training to equip students with the skills and resources needed for their academic journey.
Day-2 Building Bonds and Team Spirit
The second day featured a motivational session by the invited speaker, Dr. Paresh Kariya, which was both inspiring and energizing for the new students. The event ended with the presentation of a memento, a vote of thanks, and formal closure by the university’s deans and heads. With active participation from all students and seamless coordination among faculty and staff, Dikshaarambh 2025 successfully laid the foundation for a collaborative and enriching academic experience at Rai University
The second day of the orientation emphasized connecting students with their mentors and peers. Through engaging interactions and fun-filled group exercises, students learned the importance of teamwork, leadership, and effective communication. The atmosphere encouraged openness, trust, and collaboration, setting the foundation for a healthy mentor-mentee relationship.
Day-3 Values and Innovation
The third day encouraged students to reflect on human values, focusing on empathy and harmony in relationships. Meaningful conversations and activities helped them understand the importance of respecting others’ perspectives. Later, creativity took center stage as students worked on innovative tasks that enhanced their problem-solving and idea-generation skills.
Day-4 Vision and Ethics
The fourth day inspired students to visualize the future of their institution and their role in shaping it. This was followed by thought-provoking discussions on trust, respect, and ethical behavior, where students were encouraged to stand by their values. The day concluded with a knowledge-testing activity that combined learning with healthy competition.
Day-5 Career and Talents
On the fifth day, focus shifted towards career readiness. Students explored aspects of planning their professional journey and the importance of making informed choices. They also participated in interactive sessions on leadership and ethical decision-making. The day ended on a lighter note with a platform for students to showcase their talents and creativity
Day-6 Growth and Reflection
The final day of the program was dedicated to self-development. Students participated in sessions that enhanced their personality and communication skills. The program concluded with reflective exercises, where students consolidated their learning from the entire week and prepared a collective summary of their orientation journey.
