Career Ready: Resume Crafting & Mock Interviews Pre-Placement Activity on 7-8th January 2025
On January 7–8, 2025, Rai School of Management Studies and the School of Pharmacy, Rai University, Ahmedabad, collaborated to organize a focused two-day workshop titled “Career Ready: Resume Crafting & Mock Interviews.” This impactful pre-placement initiative, driven by the Corporate Resource Cell, was designed to empower students with the essential skills and confidence required to excel in their professional journeys.
The event featured a well-rounded combination of interactive sessions, resume development workshops, and mock interviews, led by experienced faculty members. Through engaging discussions and practical exercises, students gained clarity on how to build effective resumes tailored to their strengths and the demands of various industries.
The Mock Interview sessions were a major highlight, simulating real interview experiences in a supportive environment. Students were able to practice articulating their thoughts, answering common interview questions, and receiving constructive feedback from the panel. These sessions played a pivotal role in enhancing students’ communication skills, body language, and overall interview preparedness.
Participants also learned valuable strategies for personal branding, structuring their resumes to highlight academic and extracurricular achievements, and adapting their communication styles to professional settings.
