POOL CAMPUS PLACEMENT DRIVE

From 5th to 10th March 2025, Rai University, Ahmedabad, organized a highly impactful Pool Campus Placement Drive, bringing together an impressive lineup of national recruiters and offering students across disciplines a valuable gateway into the professional world. Spearheaded by the university’s Corporate Resource Cell, the drive saw enthusiastic participation from final-year students representing Engineering, Management, Sciences, Agriculture, Pharmacy, and other streams.

The event provided a unique opportunity for students to interact directly with leading companies, undergo recruitment assessments, and secure positions in sectors including IT, finance, pharmaceuticals, agribusiness, manufacturing, consulting, and renewable energy, among others. The recruitment process involved pre-placement talks, aptitude tests, group discussions, and personal interviews, simulating a real-world hiring environment.

Students demonstrated exceptional preparedness and professionalism, impressing recruiters with their communication skills, technical abilities, and domain knowledge. Many companies offered on-the-spot selections, while others shortlisted candidates for the next phase of recruitment.

As a result of the strong participation and rigorous selection processes, many students received multiple shortlistings and were extended immediate offers from companies, showcasing the event’s success in securing employment opportunities.
