We are pleased to share that Rai University, Ahmedabad has been a recognized NPTEL (National Programme on Technology Enhanced Learning) Local Chapter since 2017, bringing a vast array of online learning opportunities to our students and faculty members. This initiative reflects our dedication to advancing quality education through digital platforms and empowering learners with accessible, high-standard content.

NPTEL, developed jointly by the IITs and IISc, is the official SWAYAM national coordinator for engineering and also offers certification courses in science, management, humanities, and other interdisciplinary areas. Recognized by UGC and AICTE, NPTEL provides structured online learning through India’s top academic institutions.
Rai University proudly established its Local Chapter in 2017, aligning with national education goals and ensuring students have access to globally benchmarked content.

NPTEL offers a wide range of online certification courses lasting 4, 8, or 12 weeks, with 10, 20, or 30 hours of content depending on the course structure. These courses are taught by IITs, IIMs, NITs, IGNOU, and central universities faculty and are available via the SWAYAM platform.

While enrolment and access to course material are free, a nominal fee is applicable for those who wish to appear for the certification examination.
