(IIC)

Encourage students and faculty to engage in innovative projects and entrepreneurial activities.

Foster an ecosystem that supports the development of new ideas, products, and start-ups.

Organize workshops, seminars, hackathons, and mentorship programs on innovation and entrepreneurship, in association with CRI within or outside university.

Facilitate training sessions with industry experts, innovators, and successful entrepreneurs.

Establish partnerships with industries, research institutions, government agencies, start-up incubators and facilitate in receiving grants for research.

Encourage collaboration with external innovation councils and funding agencies.

Provide necessary support, infrastructure, resources and conducive atmosphere for students and faculty to develop their ideas.

Guide potential start-ups through funding opportunities, business model development, and incubation.

Promote applied research and innovation-driven projects among faculty and students.

Encourage patent filing, intellectual property rights (IPR) awareness, and commercialization of research outcomes.

Develop and implement institutional policies that support innovation, entrepreneurship, and start-up initiatives as per university rules.

Ensure compliance with national and international innovation frameworks and guidelines.

Conduct quarterly meetings to review progress, plan upcoming activities, and document minutes.

At the end of each semester, compile an annual report summarizing all IIC activities for submission to the Academic Council stating the impact of IIC activities in terms of student engagement, start-up success, and research outcomes.
