Food carnival-2020 held at Rai University on 4th & 5th March 2020

FOOD CARNIVAL-2020@Rai University was organized by PRABANDH on 4th and 5th March 2020 with Food Stalls providing mouthwatering dishes and delicacies. The event was conceived by Rai Business School and the Students of all disciplines like Engineering, Science, Management, Pharmacy etc. participated.

FOOD CARNIVAL 2020 started with the inauguration by Dr. Anil Tomar Provost, Rai University in the presence of Prof. Lalit Adhikari Registrar, Dr. K. V Patel Dean SEAS. The main attractions at Food stalls were Paneer Bhurji, Cutlets, Khakara Pizza, Idli Sambhar Chutney, PavBhaji, Veg. Pulav, Mexican Bhel to name a few mouthwatering dishes made by skilled and hardworking students of Rai University. A great combination of Mocktails, Cold Coffee, Rose and Orange Lassi, Oreo Coffee, Milk and Chikoo Shakes made the experience a fulfilling one.

This event was judged by Dr. SaileshIyer and Prof. SonaliChangla on the parameters of Food Quality, Hygiene, Unique Cuisine and Services. The Best Stall award was bagged by Big Bite (Stall No. 3) and the Best Seller award based on highest sales for two days went to MOJ (Stall No. 2). The winners were felicitated by Dr. K.V. Patel, Prof. Veerendra Singh Nagoria, Dr. Ashish Rami, Dr. SaileshIyer and Prof, Nidhi. The best learnings from this event for the Students was Team Work, Branding, Customer Service and real-life dynamic problem-solving.
