Rai University has done an MOU with University of Pardubice for staff and student exchange programme. Based on the healthy relationship between the Universities, only Rai University from India was selected for mobility scheme under prominent Erasmus+ programme at University of Pardubice, Czech Republic. Erasmus (EuRopean Community Action Scheme for the Mobility of University Students) is a European Union (EU) student exchange programme established in 1987. Erasmus+ is the new programme combining all the EU’s current schemes for education, training, youth and sport, which was started in January 2014. It provides grants for a wide range of actions including the opportunity for students to undertake work placements abroad and for teachers and education staff to attend training courses. Erasmus+ key action 1 provides a unique opportunity for teachers, headmasters, trainers and other staff of education institutions to participate in international training courses in different European countries.
Objectives of the mobility are; Sharing and learning teaching pedagogy, course outlines, education system between both the Universities. Enhancing healthy relationship between both the Universities to exchange and upgrade research, teaching, publication, cultural and intellectual aspects.
Prof. Ashish Rami, Director-Center for Research & Development, Rai University has visited Faculty of Economics and Administration, University of Pardubice under Staff Mobility for Teaching programme from 30th Sept.’18 to 13th Oct.’18. He has delivered lectures on various topics such as Principles of Management, Marketing Management, Human Resource Management, Indian Culture to foreign and Czech student of Bachelors and Masters degree. Further to this, he has also shared his presentation about How to write research papers, Teaching Pedagogy and Power of subconscious mind to Ph.D. students. He has got an opportunity to attend few events such as Night of Science, Coffee with Erasmus, National Evening. During his visit, he got a chance to discuss with various academicians of the universities i.e., Dr. Romana Provazníková, Dean for Faculty of Economics and Administration, Dr. Jiří Křupka, Vice-Dean for External Relations and Development, Dr. Zdeněk Brodský, Vice-Dean for Study and Educational Activities, Dr. Martin Fárek, HOD- Department for the Study of Religions, Faculty of Arts and Philosophy, Dr. Miloslav Hub, Associate Professor, Department of Systém Engineering and Informatics and Dr. Bohdan Linda, Professor, Department of Mathematics and Quantitative Methods.
He has explored various aspects of European culture and education system which can be implemented in India. MBA graduates are also selected for Student Exchange Programme who will study their full semester at University of Pardubice. The programme is continued since last three years where staff and student of both the Universities got benefitted by mutual exchange of academic and cultural thoughts. Staff and students of Rai University are encouraged academically by such types of sponsored research and development programmes.
The association will provide understanding of policy and system of education and training system accros the countries. It will provide understanding of education, culture and language. Such association helps to promote mobility programmes and foreign study.
