National Engineer’s Day Celebration 2018

                        School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, Rai University celebrated Engineers Day in the memory of ‘Sir Mokshagundam Visvesvaraya’ on 14th September 2018. As per the Indian culture ,the program me was started by giving tribute to Goddess Saraswati by enlightening the lamp by the honorable guest on the dias by Dr. K.V. Patel (Dean, School of Agriculture), Prof. Veerendra Singh Nagoria (Director-Academics), Prof. Ashish Rami (Director-CRD) and Dr. D.M. Patel (Principal, School of Engineering & Applied Sciences).
                       Dr. D.M. Patel (Principal, School of Engineering & Applied Sciences) described Engineering facts and discussed the mindset of today’s students and faculty members. He told how the Engineering society of our country is lagging behind the other countries and how we can compete with the world and Engineering, technological and professional advancements. He inspired all the students and motivated all faculty members to do something extra ordinary. His lecture made an exceptional mark in terms of inspiration and direction.
Lastly, Rohan Panchal on behalf of Reevot team proposed the vote of thanks. The event came to an end with the National Anthem.
