Industrial Visit at VINSURAWINE-PARK, Maharastra on 8th August, 2017.

An Industrial Visit for School of Agriculture was organized by Rai University at VINSURA WINE-PARK, Nehpad, Nashik, Maharashtra. It was a three days visit for 3rd, 5th and 7th semester students. The cycle was paddled on 8th August, 2017. After long expedition students arrived at the Vinsura Winery-park, they were warmly welcomed and served delectable lunch.
 
The same day learning begins with the documentary presentation on wine industry and later they took students to explore the different types of gardens including Rock garden, formal garden and informal garden, which were owned by Vinsura winery-park. It was great to know that the company who manufactures the product has its own Wine Estates.
 
On the next day students were taken to the processing unit, heart of the company. Company follows German technique known as Süssreserve for the process. From red wine to white wine, from gathering the raw material to processing and till the final outcome of the product each and every thing was revealed in detail. Also the ingredients and time taken for fermentation was made known. The session was finished with a vote of thanks from the faculties of Rai University
